- Operating and executing Brewery operational processes on plant and machines to a high level in line with the standards and procedures.
- Executing the Brewery production plan to schedule
- Executing required quality checks in line with the standards and procedures for all production activities across the Brewery.
- Actively involved in optimizing Brewery performance using continuous improvement practices, DB Breweries uses TPM Methodology
- Working according to Heineken Safety, Food Safety & Sustainability standards.
- The Brewery operates on a 24hr rotational roster, and this role operates on a rotating shift of mornings (6:00am - 2:00pm), afternoons (2:00pm - 10:00pm), and night shift (10:00pm to 6:00am)
- Preference for experience in:
- Brewing / Biotechnology / Maintenance / FMCG
- TPM/ lean/ six sigma
