This is a challenging role where you have the autonomy and flexibility to do what is needed to get the results we are looking for.This role will see you responsible for a portfolio of customers, ranging from existing clients to new warm leads, to generating and establishing brand new relationships. We have a dedicated team of customer service consultants who generate leads and book appointments for you.About you:As an Independent Sales Consultant with HRV, your ideal profile includes previous experience in home-based sales, a proven success in delivering sales targets, and a hunger and desire to drive and grow our business. You will be passionate about making all kiwi homes healthier.You will have the gift of the gab with exceptional communication skills, problem solving, good computer skills using Windows 365 and CRM and being self-motivated will come naturally to you, along with a desire to learn, grow with the business and develop your career.The role is performance based and to succeed in this role, we're looking for someone with the ability to exceed sales targets and KPIs which we will reward you for.What's on offer:You will join a supportive team environment and a company with strong ethics, values and professionalism who genuinely care about their people.
