With 19 branches nationwide, Chesters growth has been the result of excellent plumbing supplies backed by their service, and commitment to their large customer base of plumbers, gasfitters, builders, homemakers and renovators.About the role:Chesters Plumbing and Bathroom are after a highly motivated Branch Manager with exceptional leadership skills and strong sales ability and leaning. This pivotal role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch as well as taking a lead role in growing business relationships. We are looking for someone with previous experience as a Branch Manager, or awesome industry or supplier experience and feel up for a new challenge.First and foremost, we are looking for a hands-on grounded leader with experience leading and managing people. Someone with a natural sales skillset and a strong relationship builder confident working alongside suppliers, customers, and the Chesters team.Chesters is looking for someone with the following:

Strong commercial acumen
Natural sales skills and strong relationship building abilities.
Well organised
Effectively able to make decisions and solve problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ideally, at least 3- 5 years industry experience and established industry connections
