The core values of the organisation are based on Māori concepts Whakawhanaunga, Manaakitanga, Ako and Whakamana.Our Health & Disability Service teams across Tāmaki Makaurau provide residential or community-based wrap around support to clients with a variety of mild to moderate mental health conditions. Each service team is made up of a committed team of Support Workers and a Mental Health Professional, led by a passionate Service Manager.With plenty of residential services scattered across the region and our community-based teams that operate from our main hubs in Mt Wellington, Manukau, and Henderson, we cover a variety of Support Worker roles in Youth, Pasifika, Adults, Dual Disability Services, Forensics and more!Our goal is to provide support to make positive changes in our clients' lives regardless of their mental health diagnosis, by helping them identify their strengths, desires and to help set goals and plan the necessary steps to achieve them.So, start your 2024 career journey with one of our Tāmaki Makaurau teams - apply for our expression of interest ad and we will contact you if a vacancy matches your preference! Available roles may include permanent or fixed-term full-time or part-time roles.Our ideal candidate will have experience working within the mental health sector and a Level 4 (or higher) qualification in Mental Health and Addiction or be working towards one.He kōrero mōu | About You

  • Able to liaise and build relationships with whānau, services, and external agencies
  • Good written and communication skills
  • A full New Zealand Driver's License
