- Join our team of dedicated Administration professionals.
- Providing administration support and advice in the day-to-day management of key compliance programs, including Section 36 Annual Charges, Water Metering, Gravel Extraction and bond registration.
- Assisting in the development, refining, and coordination of administration processes.
- Working alongside Compliance and Environmental Health Officers to ensure efficient delivery of Regulatory services throughout the Tasman region and its communities.
- A minimum of three years administration experience, preferably in a larger organisation
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other online tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing processes and systems.
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A minimum of Level 4 NZQA in office administration or similar qualification is desirable.
- Prior experience in water metering programs and annual charging processes or knowledge of relevant statutes and regulations is desirable but not essential.
