The Wellington Maintenance team is looking for an experienced Preventative Maintenance (PM) Planner to work along with the Corrective Maintenance (CM) Planner across the Northpower Southern business with the client to efficiently deliver both CM and PM work streams.The role
Reporting to the Delivery Manager-Preventative Maintenance, you'll be responsible for the scoping in the field to determine the actual state of assets, compiling high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) switching methodologies and schedules, liaising with our client on a regular basis through to coordination, quotations and estimates. You will also:- Support the PM Maintenance Delivery Manager with Preventative and Corrective Maintenance matters for the region as per FSA requirements
- Carry out site inspections (audits) and accurately record findings
- Provide technical and commercial advice as part of the Change Control process
- Update the PM plan and provide stakeholders with accurate information when requested
- Provide budgeting, forecasting, and pricing support to the PM Delivery Manager and Operations ManagerWhat's in it for you?

Coming from the electricity sector in the NZ Distribution Networks, you'll bring your practical and process-driven approach to this role. There will be a vast amount of variety to your day-to-day work schedule and being flexible will be a key to your success in this role. We're looking for an individual who can demonstrate the following:- Experience in outage planning
- Proficient in using Microsoft office Suite
- Proven ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Tenacity in taking problems through to successful outcomes despite potential barriers.
- Full, clean Class 1 NZ Drivers LicenceAbout us
