- To provide patient-focused, efficient, and high-quality CT imaging for RCHNZ.
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images according to company protocols and accepted radiology practices.
- Perform post-processing of CT images to a high professional standard and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with the current Radiation Act and Code.
- Record procedural information accurately in the Radiology Information System.
- Assist the Charge CT with the smooth running of the CT service.
- Undertake CT investigations as required.
- Cover general MRT duties as reasonably requested by the line manager.
- Deliver high-quality patient care:
- Implement aspects of the Quality System to ensure delivery of high-quality CT service.
- Deliver patient care in line with patient code of rights and relevant legislation.
- Obtain informed consent for all procedures.
- Perform examinations efficiently to minimize patient waiting times.
- Demonstrate consideration and compassion to all patients.
- Comply with Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act (HPCA).
- Adhere to MRTB code of ethics and governing legislations.
- Maintain knowledge of current professional practice and developments.
- Participate in performance framework and modality roster system.
- Ensure professional communication at all times.
- Integrate RCHNZ 's values into all aspects of work.

- Tertiary qualification.
- Current radiography registration (APC).
