With over 3,000 employees around New Zealand, we are committed to providing the best support, care and advice to our communities.This is a Permanent Full time position working 32 hours across 5 days from Monday to Friday.Position Overview:Receptionist role reporting to the Reception Team Lead, responsible for a variety of tasks including patient greetings, check-ins, phone handling, appointment scheduling, invoicing, clerical duties, and cash handling in a bustling environment.Your Qualifications:

Experience in administration and team collaboration, coupled with a professional demeanor, excellent customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and a penchant for diverse work environments.
Exposure to MedTech Evolution is beneficial; training available if required.
Proficiency in computer skills, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience of working in same or similar environment necessary.
Must be able to work to time lines, good working knowledge of computer systems is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills. As this role is a combination of greeting the public, problem solving and administration tasks the ability to switch between these roles is essential
