Is a well-established leading menswear retailer who are owned and operated here in New Zealand. We are looking for a stand-out Store Manager to join their reputable brand here in the Christchurch CBD. In this job, you will be responsible for all retail operations and leading the team, including but not limited to:
- Inspiring and developing a team of up to 4 to drive sales targets and KPIs
- Be a brand ambassador and work alongside and support our other Christchurch store
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is being provided
- Being a strong and genuine salesperson who enjoys building relationships with customers
- Product training, merchandising, stocktakes, stock management, rostering, reporting
Our Client is looking for someone with a can-do positive attitude with proven experience in a similar role, you'll also be:
- Proven leadership exp in a Store Manager or similar position
- Hold a high standard of personal appearance and presentation
- A passion for men's fashion and styling is a must!
- Strong computer and administrative skills
