- Primary responsibility is to check and maintain all anaesthetic equipment; prepare, set up and assist/support the Anaesthetist to ensure safe patient care throughout their operation.
- Full or part time permanent role available or fixed term
- Hours of work: shift work Monday to Sunday, with on-call work
- Conscientious and be highly motivated
- Be a team player and come with a positive attitude and ability to speak up for patient safety.

- Current NZ practicing certificate with Medical Council of New Zealand for Anaesthetic technician or qualified ODP applying for NZ registration
- NZ full driver’s license or working towards this
- NZ Qualified Anaesthetic Technician with the Medical Council of New Zealand
- Or qualified ODP applying for NZ registration
- Previous experience in Anaesthetic Technician role
