- Overview the set of project estimates for resource use and cost, manage the project to meet or exceed margins / profit. Ensure optimal operational efficiencies throughout all aspects of the project
- Ensure the maintenance programmes of all work is managed and achieved
- Review and report on all financial information and carry out costs to complete for projects monthly and Price new contracts
- Ensure jobs are carried out to job specifications, company policies and relevant legislation, codes and regulations
- Ensure our SR and KPI’s are managed to client satisfaction

- Minimum 5 years relevant Contract Management and/or Road Maintenance experience (including job and project management)
- Working towards or holds relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience
- Competent users of Word, Excel and Project
- Understanding of job pricing including materials, labour and plant and associated margin / profit calculations
- Familiar with NZS 3910 and 3917, Construction Contracts Act, NEC Contracts, Working towards CCS training as Project Management tool
