We live by our REAL values – Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude, Leadership – and we demonstrate these through the good work we do, every day, as one team.Nau mai haere mai ki tā mātou whānau |Welcome to our Fulton Hogan FamilyReporting to the Wellington Divisional Manager based in Wellington City, we are on the lookout for an experienced Contracts Manager who will manage and lead the project delivery of our Regional Maintenance Contract(s) ensuring the profitable, compliant and efficient delivery of the works.In addition to the above you will:
  • Overview the set of project estimates for resource use and cost, manage the project to meet or exceed margins / profit. Ensure optimal operational efficiencies throughout all aspects of the project
  • Ensure the maintenance programmes of all work is managed and achieved
  • Review and report on all financial information and carry out costs to complete for projects monthly and Price new contracts
  • Ensure jobs are carried out to job specifications, company policies and relevant legislation, codes and regulations
  • Ensure our SR and KPI’s are managed to client satisfaction

  • Minimum 5 years relevant Contract Management and/or Road Maintenance experience (including job and project management)
  • Working towards or holds relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience
  • Competent users of Word, Excel and Project
  • Understanding of job pricing including materials, labour and plant and associated margin / profit calculations
  • Familiar with NZS 3910 and 3917, Construction Contracts Act, NEC Contracts, Working towards CCS training as Project Management tool
