Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of tasks, including conducting meticulous takeoffs and pricing using cutting-edge software, orchestrating seamless tender submissions, overseeing contract administration with finesse, and fostering collaborative relationships with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute precise takeoffs and pricing utilizing state-of-the-art software solutions.
Spearhead the preparation and management of tender submissions to secure coveted contracts.
Navigate variations, payment claims, and purchase orders with acute attention to detail and accuracy.
Uphold the highest standards of contract administration, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Foster seamless collaboration and communication with diverse departments and stakeholders.
Proactively solicit feedback to drive continuous improvement in processes and efficiency.

About You: We invite applications from passionate Intermediate and Senior Quantity Surveyors with a proven track record in the residential construction industry.
